　　Campus life is an important part of school life. Living Word Shanghai Bilingual School has a vibrant campus and over 40 student clubs for students to participate in so that each student can participate in something they’re interested in.

　　在此小編要悄悄透露一個美高雙語獨有的學(xué)生社團申請方式：

　　每個開學(xué)前一個月的時間內(nèi)，只要有10名學(xué)生聯(lián)名發(fā)起新社團申請，并提交完整的計劃書，如果經(jīng)過學(xué)校董事會認可，就能成立新的學(xué)生社團。

　　StudentCouncil election system. Each year, one month before the end of the semester,students may fill out a form to start their own club. Provided there isinterest, students need only acquire 10 signatures from their interestedclassroom.

　　11、讓學(xué)生在學(xué)校體驗“失敗”教育

　　Living Word Shanghai has a variety of holiday events and celebrations such as a Christmas Concert, Halloween Costume Contest, Italian Food day, and many more. If students wish to lead an event they need only receive approval from the school. If the school declines their request the students then learn a valuable lesson in failure and how to prepare for success next time.

　　Each child is individual and unique to their own family. The school’s President, Mr. Edward Jan Fang, personally interviews every family to make sure that their educational vision and guiding principles are in line with that of the school’s.

　　Living Word Shanghai uniforms are a symbol of school identity and culture. It allows students to be proud of their school, their uniform, the community to which they belong, and fosters a sense of integration and belonging. It lets them realize that their behaviour represents a collective group where there is a collective sense of honor. We encourages students to wear their uniforms during school hours.

　　The school uniform serves to eliminate material comparison between students and lets them not develop bad dress habits. The uniforms are made of high quality materials and students are given different sets depending on the season and use.
