As time went by, there were new teeth in Slender's mouth. Once again, Slender roamed about looking for food.

With his long neck, he could now reach his favorite young leaves on the top of trees.

Slender was very happy, but not Samba.

Samba was angry as he realized that his plan had not worked.

Instead of making Slender's life miserable, Slender seemed much happier now.

All the giraffes that were born after Slender had long necks too. Today, giraffes are the tallest animals in the world.
